Very welcoming and happy to help me! I was a bit overwhelmed with what next steps I needed to take with my case, or if I even had one. Tyler provided me with great customer service, walked me through what I needed for my case, & answered all my questions. I found Tyler to be friendly and super knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to work with him. He definitely made me believe I made the right decision.
